How long does shipping take for a new electric scooter?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
What is the warranty policy on Apollo Scooters?
All our scooters come with a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This includes the motor, battery, and controller, ensuring your ride is protected.
Do you offer financing or monthly payment plans?
Yes, we partner with specialized payment providers like Affirm and Klarna to offer flexible monthly installments, allowing you to ride now and pay over time.
Are Apollo Scooters water-resistant?
Most of our models feature an IP54 or higher water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or heavy downpours.
What is your return policy for unused items?
We offer a 14-day return policy for scooters in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and shipping costs may apply.
How often should I perform maintenance on my scooter?
To ensure peak performance and safety, we recommend checking tire pressure weekly and performing a full bolt tightening and brake inspection every 200 miles.
